We have great pleasure
in presenting our 2008 holiday brochure, and again look
forward to welcoming both old and new customers, to "Holiday
with BRIJAN TOURS", your local holiday company. We are a
small family run company who pride ourselves on offering a
personal service which is second to none!
Once again we have
tried to offer good value for money without cutting corners,
for the sake of saving a few pennies, or compromising on
quality. You will find some new destinations and some old
favourites. This year we are introducing several new hotels
to our programme.
Hotels listed for
our holidays are of a very good standard, all bedrooms are
en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities and most of
the hotels used are 3 star rating or above. The majority of
the hotels are supplied by Classic Britian Hotel Consortium
and therefore are vetted to their very high standards.
All our holidays
comply with current bonding legislation and are bonded
through a BOND insurance policy. This has been arranged with
Towergate Chapman Stevens through our broker, Sheraton
Insurance. This means that should we cease to trade for any
reason whatsoever the insurers will refund any money you
have paid us.

Here is some
information regarding our tours:
Smoking: A
strict NO SMOKING policy is operated on all our vehilces.
Pick-up Points:
We try to collect everybody as near as possible to their
homes, so we do not operate fixed pick-up points or times.
We try not to have passengers spending long journeys on
pick-ups and drop offs so we tend to use mini-buses, taxi
and cars to bring passengers to convenient departure points.
We do not charge for this service unless you live a long way
outside our catchment area.
Insurance:
Fully comprehensive travel insurance is not included in the
holiday cost. We strongly recommend that you take our offer
of fully comprehensive travel insurance for your protection;
the rates we quote are very competitive.
Booking: To
comply with package holiday legislation we can only accept
bookings that have been made on a signed booking form or
letter. A booking is not confirmed until we have received a
deposit.
Booking
Conditions: We do not wish to bore you with pages of
small print. We use standard tour operator's conditions of
which we have a copy available in our office for your
inspection or retention should you wish.
Single Room
Supplements: Wherever possible we have negotiated with
hotels to waive these charges. However, some of our holidays
are subject to this supplement; we have only charged you
what the hotel charged us. Please note: Single rooms are
limited in all our hotels so please book early to avoid
disappointment.
Minimum Numbers:
Obviously we have to have a minimum number of passengers to
operate the tour; we reserve the right to cancel any holiday
with less than 18 passengers booked, 6 weeks before
departure
Deposits: A
deposit is needed to secure a holiday booking. All the
deposits paid to us are safely bonded with Bond insurance.
Should Brijan Tours Ltd cease to trade for whatever reason
your deposit will be refunded in full by Bond. This year we
have kept deposits to a minimum.
Final Payment:
You will receive your final invoice with payment details and
pick-up details, etc between 1 and 6 weeks before the
holiday departs.
Cancellation:
If we cancel a holiday for any reason you will receive back
everything you have paid. However, if you cancel for any
reason after booking, the following scale of charges will
apply. Deposits are always non-refundable
